Okaz General Contracting & Trading Company is a Limited Liability Company formed in accordance with the U.A.E. Commercial Law No. 8 of 1984 (as amended by Law No.13 of 1988).

The Department of Municipality and Town Planning, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. first issued a Commercial License, No. 5166 on 11.02.1981 and Commercial Registration Certificate No. 3/1/3441 dated 11.02.1992. We operate through our head office in Al Ain and our branch office in Abu Dhabi.

We also operate through our branch office registered in Fujairah as per the Commercial Registration Certificate No. 8279 and Commercial License No. 61231 both dated 19.08.2003 issued by the Fujairah Municipality, Fujairah U.A.E.

The Company is registered as being engaged in the business of General Contracting / Precast work, Aluminium and Carpentry work.

The company is registered as Category III contractors with the Planning Department. It is also registered with the Command of Military Works (CMW), U.A.E. Armed Forces, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E., Police, Oil companies and other government institutions.
